About the Role
The Coalition FP&A team is passionate about solving some of the company’s most pressing business issues. The team is responsible for leading Coalition’s budget, driving annual and quarterly planning processes, allocating and deploying the company's resources efficiently, performing financial analyses, and partnering with teams across the company. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll get substantial visibility, focus on the highest-priority business issues, and be plugged into every facet of the business.
The GTM Finance team is responsible for enterprise level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. In this highly visible role you’ll use your strong analytical, critical reasoning, communication, and influencing skills to help ensure Coalition meets its overall strategic, operational, and financial goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about both problem-solving as well as helping build the foundation process of the function that scale with our rapid growth.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Support CFO / FP&A Leadership on strategic planning and budgeting processes
- Support financial modeling, planning, and reporting for the GTM org, including Monthly / Quarterly / Annual planning and reviews
- Provide financial insights to drive success across the GTM organization
- Maintain and improving GTM efficiency and ROI metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations on resource allocation and investment decisions
- Collaborate with business partners across the company as well as GTM leadership to build financial models that forecast revenue growth from new sales performance
- Help in the preparation of Leadership presentations, including quarterly Forecast reviews as well as Board of Directors presentations
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely strong analytical, financial modeling, communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to develop trusted cross functional relationships, influencing decisions at the highest levels, and driving alignment on financial targets
- 3+ years with prior investment banking, management consulting, or high caliber finance organization

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $82,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $135,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
