This position is part of Clear Street’s professional and active trading brand, CenterPoint, based in Del Mar, CA. The Role:
This is a newly created position within the organization. We’re looking for an ambitious individual to own our overall Marketing strategy and operations in ways that ultimately promote higher profitability and competitiveness for the business.
You Will:
- Manage end-to-end marketing activation plans and community building from start to finish: strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and optimization
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and grow user base across various platforms and local channels
- Maintain campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities
- Analyze industry activity and trends, including marketing strategies, channel usage, and campaign tactics, to inform and improve our own strategies
- Research and build industry connections to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing and digital strategies preferably with experience in or an understanding of the financial services industry
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude, like to wear many hats at once, and are resourceful in how you approach problems
- Exceptional planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- You are a creative thinker who thrives in coming up with new ideas as well as designing and implementing the ways in which to execute them
- You are able to distill complex ideas into digestible, easy-to-follow narratives
- You come with experience advising senior management on marketing strategies
- Coming with your own personal interest in trading and technology is a plus
The Base Salary Range is $120,000 - $160,000. These ranges are representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Which range a candidate fits into and where a candidate falls in the range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. These ranges represent Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The ranges stated do not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
