Position Description
As a Product Content Strategist at Boosted.ai, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing content strategies that effectively communicate the value, features, and benefits of our AI-powered investment platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative across all touchpoints. The role calls for an individual who is passionate about finance and is excited about playing a part in the future of AI and ML in the finance industry. The individual in this role will be instrumental in driving user engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and target audiences.
- Oversee all outgoing product content, such as product launches, updates, promotional materials, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Create user-friendly documentation and guides that empower our clients to effectively navigate and maximize the utilization of our platform.
- Collaborate with our product and design teams to create engaging and easy-to-understand in-app and business development content.
- Drive consistency in our brand messaging across the app and all external communication channels.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to refine content strategies and ensure content effectiveness.
- Keep up with industry trends to ensure our content stays current and continues to effectively engage our user
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear and intuitive language.
- A strong interest in finance and investing is a must.
- Basic understanding of AI and ML, their applications in the finance industry is a plus.
- Must be a team player, with the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Self-starter, fast learner, and problem solver, with a drive to contribute to the team and company’s success.
The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 + bonus + options + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
