Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
Work with event planners and other stakeholders to identify IT requirements for events, conferences, and other functions.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure for events, including networking, audio-visual equipment, and other hardware and software.
Test and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure prior to the event to ensure that they are functioning properly.
Provide on-site technical support during events, including setting up and configuring IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all IT-related activities run smoothly.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that event-related IT systems are aligned with organizational goals and standards.
Maintain documentation for event-related IT systems and procedures.
Provide post-event analysis and reporting, including identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future events.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that event-related IT systems are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
Design and implement audiovisual systems, including video conferencing, audio systems, displays, projection systems, and control systems.
Install, configure, and calibrate AV equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
We’d love to chat if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
Experience in providing technical support for events, conferences, and other functions.
Strong technical skills in networking, audio-visual equipment, and other event-related IT systems and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry-standard IT security protocols and procedures.
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AVIXA CTS, are a plus.

This role is based in California.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
