Position: Product Marketing Manager
Location: New York City
As a Product Marketing Manager at Beacon Platform, you will be a key driver in promoting our advanced financial technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales, to create and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve shaping compelling content, optimizing customer engagement, supporting market research, and playing an integral part in conveying Beacon's unique value proposition.
Research & Segmentation:
- Collaborate with research providers to gather and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Synthesize data from customer feedback, industry reports, and competitive analysis to support segmentation efforts and define our Total Addressable Market (TAM).
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, considering target personas, pricing models, messaging hierarchy, and distribution channels.
- Work closely with Product Managers to align go-to-market plans with product and market roadmaps.
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging marketing collateral, encompassing product presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and web content.
- Audit existing content to identify gaps and repurpose materials to align with current messaging and target audience needs.
Internal Advocacy & Enablement:
- Develop sales enablement materials and internal documentation to provide internal stakeholders with a deep understanding of product benefits, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
- Launch educational campaigns to boost internal product knowledge, regularly gathering feedback to refine sales enablement materials and address emerging challenges.
Reporting & Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for optimization, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on technology solutions.
- 2-3 years of dedicated Product Marketing experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with financial technology and markets is a plus.

Expected Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
