Alliance Manager II, Strategic Partnerships

AvidXchange is seeking an Alliance Manager II to drive engagement with our NetSuite partner eco-system and play a central role in the growth of the business. Alliance Managers contribute to all touch points across the customer experience from demand generation, program marketing, sales, and customer onboarding through the lens of their partners.  In addition, Alliance Managers frequently work cross functionally with all areas of the business including operations, finance, legal, and customer care.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, execute, and evolve Go-to-Market plans that result in awareness and strong relationships and ultimatly leads from NetSuite VAR partners as well as NetSuite corporate sales partners, focus being on sales, marketing, solutions consulting, and leadership.
  • Coordinate and lead regular communication with partner sales organizations which may include weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and other operational types of meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze performance through both qualitative and quantitative measurements including referral activity, leads, win-loss data, marketing program effectiveness and partner engagement.
  • Provide “voice of the partner” feedback across AvidXchange departments including product, marketing, sales, and post-sales teams and collaborate on improvements.
  • Identify key performance objectives of your partners and align with AvidXchange’s KPOs.
  • Achieve proficiency in how AvidXchange delivers value to customers and partners and be comfortable presenting to various settings including tradeshows and events.
  • Support a team environment by sharing best practices and maintaining a winning mindset.
  • Coordinate resolutions to existing joint customers towards a successful customer experience, including escalations. 

What we’re looking for

  • Three years or more of experience working in a SaaS software company with a firm understanding and experience selling with Accounting System Partners and VAR's. 
  • Track record of success in previous roles. 
  • Strong network of contacts in the NetSuite ecosystem, either at the VAR or NetSuite corporate level.  
  • Familiar with demand generation marketing programs with ability to contribute and participate. 
  • Demonstrated experience working cross functionally on various matters including process improvement, resolving issues, process workflows. 
  • Knowledgeable in finance operations for middle market companies. Accounts Payable knowledge is a plus. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks at the same time project/issues.
  • Proven experience to present effectively in front of groups either in person or via online tools like Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or GoToMeeting for partner sales trainings, Customer events and/or webinars.
  • Natural curiosity to learn and think creatively.
  • Self-motivated with a bias toward action.
  • Proficient in SFDC, MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint and virtual meeting tools (e.g.,Teams, Zoom, Webex,and web/cloud tools in general.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
