ABOUT THIS ROLE

Responsibilities

• Architecture, designing, developing, coding, testing, managing and maintaining the entire Tax Reporting Solution product suite utilizing expertise on Core Java, Advanced Java (JEE), Linux, Shell scripting, AWS Cloud infrastructure, Databases (Sybase, postgreSql), python, JPA, Hibernate, JasperReports, Jboss WildFly etc. Managing, assisting, and leading other developers on the team. This product will be utilized by Apex to serve tax reporting solutions needs of various brokerage and institutional clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in electronic engineering, electronics and instrumentation engineering or related engineering field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in software development and engineering.  

Special skills

• Experience in product or project development and management and Java, Python and Ruby. Telecommuting permitted. May reside and work anywhere in the US.
