To orchestrate insightful discovery workshops, distill customers' intricate business and technical needs, and blueprint specifications that align with unique business scenarios. What you’ll do:
- Solution Definition: Translate customer requirements into functional specifications, defining solutions that align with both the customer's needs and our product offerings.
- Documentation: Create implementation documentation including executable requirements, testing & acceptance criteria, supporting flowcharts, integration definitions, data mapping, wireframes, and more.
- Customer Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges, use cases, business processes, and requirements. Work with them to map their strategic aims, value drivers, and business goals to AgentSync capabilities. Demonstrated track record of leading customer workshops.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep product knowledge of AgentSync offerings; understanding the features, benefits, and limitations of our product suite.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and other internal teams to relay customer feedback and help improve the product.
- Best Practices: Guide customers, partners, and internal teams on solution capabilities and best practices.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Project Workload: Work within multiple complex projects simultaneously, where some are at different stages of the life cycle.
- Travel: Approximately 30% travel, to customer sites to drive project kickoff, discovery workshops, product demonstrations, requirements gathering, requirements playback, and scoping.
Your experience:
- Proven experience in a senior / principal role in a Professional Services / Delivery or Product organization.
- Strong business systems acumen and clear track record of solving complex systems and/or business process challenges.
- Experience working within, developing requirements for, and integrating with other key business systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented and organized: able to make logical and data-driven decisions while working under continual guideline constraints.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, start-up environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field – e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business Administration.
- Salesforce Administration experience is a huge plus.
- Salesforce Certifications, including SFDC Admin, App Builder, Business Analyst are a plus.
- Experience writing test cases, organizing and driving UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles.
- Experience in the insurance space.

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$140,000 - $160,000 + Annual Bonus
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
