The Group Product Manager of our Manage product - the company’s flagship product and largest revenue generator - will oversee the build of features and enhancements as AgentSync continues to build the moat and transform the insurance industry in the producer onboarding experience. This person will empower a small group of product managers and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to define how we improve our processes as we scale.

Manage helps to empower the 1.2M+ insurance agents in the US to sell faster and within compliance. Working closely with the Senior Director of Product Management, this role will work with other product leaders in the organization to understand our customers, competitors, and the market to effectively deliver products that fulfill our mission in the insurance industry. A focus on taking a flagship product and operationalizing it for scale and mentoring a small product team is essential.

  • This position will be a player role coach where you are expected to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate sound product management while leading a small team of product managers
  • The product team is responsible for the ideation and development of product across the company with the opportunity to make an incredible impact
  • Navigating the development of novel products and technologies in a legacy industry is always a challenge, and this role will be at the forefront of reinventing core technologies for a $6T industry

What you’ll do:

  • Lead product strategy and discovery for our flagship product, Manage
  • Mentor, guide, and support the development of a small team of product leaders
  • Responsible for identifying growth and change opportunities on the team
  • Development of processes to harmonize products across the product portfolio in partnership with the Senior Director of Product Management and Group Product Manager of Contracting.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Product Management on internal and external enablement, process, and collaboration to bolster the idea of force multipliers for scale at AgentSync
  • Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both business and customer value delivered, and develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously and report up and out milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive and reinforce the product strategy in PMs
  • Understand and translate the product vision throughout the company

Your experience:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in a product leadership role
  • Experience building products in the Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Startup / high growth startup experience a strong plus

Salary:

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro

$158,400 - $202,400

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
