Job Summary:
Main focus is new business and retention. Prospecting for new clients, strategizing unique ways of benefit implementation. Educating clients on benefit compliance and providing resources or services to maintain compliance. Advising employers on cost saving analyzation.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationships
Book management — retention and loss ownership
Renewal activities
Open Enrollment / renewal meetings
Identify cross selling
Initial strategy development
Onsite service meetings
Market analysis
Production, retention, and service requirements
Prospecting / Revenue Generation / Sales Activities
Lead generation activities (networking, prospecting, LinkedIn)
Team training / objective setting / performance monitoring
Strategy (cost benefit analysis, health reimbursement arrangements, products, etc.)
Carrier / partner / vendor relationships
Development
Leads / appointments / telemarketing
Communication / updates / education
Webinars / seminars
“Tools” creation
Leveragability — people / product / price / personality
Value, availability, time, expertise, differentiators, trust, training, problem solving, follow up, educations, cross selling, technology, marketing, advertising, communication, engagement
