Job Summary:

As a marketing specialist you are responsible for new business production and the preservation of our customer base using your commercial insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional insurance marketing/placing skills to assist the sales staff

• Ensure delivery of quotations according to project timelines

• Manage multiple projects concurrently

• Take the lead on marketing & remarketing a diverse commercial insurance customer base

• Build working relationships with insurance company personnel

Requirements:

• Well-rounded background with diverse types of commercial accounts & coverages

• Familiarity with multiple insurance company’s rating platforms

• Persuasive communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Demonstrated excellent people skills

Experience/Education:

• Prior Commercial Insurance marketing experience

• A valid NJ P&C License

• Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or another agency management system
