Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Location: Campbell, CA
Job Summary:
This is a critical position in our firm that gives an experienced Commercial Account Manager an opportunity to utilize a vast array of skills, develop new knowledge and grow in their career. The Commercial Account Manager performs a wide variety of administrative functions and provides support to our clients, sales and service team.
Responsibilities
Leading the day to day client service delivery efforts on specified accounts, including: counseling clients on interim insurance coverage changes, fielding phone calls and creating email and other client correspondence, completing policy changes and ensuring they are invoiced appropriately
Review client insurance policies to confirm accuracy in rating, type(s) of coverages, and forms
Review contracts and agreements as requested by clients in coordination with Producer/Account Executive and make coverage recommendations that ensure compliance with specific contracts or agreements
Verify carrier quotes for accuracy, request changes when needed and negotiate coverage changes if needed
Prepare and evaluate Summaries of Insurance schedules and proposals
Consult with clients and Account Executives to develop appropriate new account coverage marketing and placement strategies utilizing internal and external resources as necessary.
Assist the Business Development Coordinator with new business marketing and placements processes
Manage the execution of all aspects of the client account renewal process
Review and analyze policies upon receipt from carriers, coordinate with Account Executive and carriers for processing of any necessary changes or corrections and ensure policies are delivered to clients with an appropriate policy summary
Confirm work completed by ResourcePro is done so in an accurately and timely manner
Ensure timely issuance and accuracy of billing, premium allocations, premium finance agreements, etc.
Ensure file documentation is consistent with the organization’s standard policies and practices
Review all account receivable statements and partner with Account Executive in resolving collection items and/or accounting system errors
Verify accuracy of direct bill cancellations and taking corrective action when necessary
Train Assistant Account Managers on procedures and agency management system
Keep abreast of industry information, new product offerings, coverage changes and technology changes in an effort to continuously improve your knowledge

Process changes consistent with the requirements of the Commercial Insurance Procedures Manual
Keep client agency management system data updated by entering new data and documenting actions taken on behalf of clients
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience at an insurance agency/brokerage
Hold an active Property and Casualty license
College education preferred, but not required
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to operate various computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite, Agency Management
Systems, etc.)
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and complete simple calculations
involving decimals and fractions with accuracy.
Ability to process written materials visually.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, or stand as required to operate usual and customary
office equipment.
Ability to drive within 10 mile radius to deliver, pick-up or run routine errands as necessary for
daily business operations.

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
