Job Summary:

Our Mitchell branch is hiring! We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager who is motivated, organized & dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:

Perform daily service on assigned book of business within agency’s written procedures including, but not limited to:

• Account transactions – ID cards, policy checking, endorsements, certificates, billing, renewals, etc.

• Respond to client inquiries, company requests, Producer’s requests

• Maintain accuracy of client data in agency management system

• Keep producers informed of all important activities on their accounts

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills

• Strong communication & problem solving skills

• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy

• Previous insurance experience preferred but will train the right person

• Upon being hired, the position requires obtaining a Property & Casualty License
