Job Summary:
The Account Manager II is responsible for independently developing account strategies, managing new business implementations, resolving complex client issues, supporting Accounts Executives and Producers, and preparing proposals. They serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, develop relationships with target clients, and determine client solutions, services, and products based upon their technical knowledge and previous customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Independently develop account strategies to achieve sales and service goals.
Manage new business implementations to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
Resolve complex client issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Support Accounts Executives and Producers in the sales process.
Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers.
Develop relationships with target clients and learn potential client business needs.
Determine client solutions, services, and products based upon their technical knowledge and previous customer interactions.
Independently promote services, design portfolios and solutions for potential clients, advise potential clients, and perform other consultative activities.
Build and maintain relationships with other professionals through which the employer indirectly increases its market share.

Requirements:
Licensed to market and bind coverage.
Works under little to no supervision.
Substantial product and client knowledge to engage meaningfully with customers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Active L&H license
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
