Acrisure is seeking candidates for a Surety Bond Administrator based in our Plainview, NY office.

Job Summary:

The surety bond administrator will be responsible for creating and executing new and renewal surety bonds for Acrisure's bonded clients.

Responsibilities:

• Receive bond requests and review for completeness, going back to the client to request more information as needed
• Prepare surety bond documents
• Work with surety carrier to secure final approval on bonds
• Keep track of billing on accounts

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• Experience working in insurance, banking, paralegal, or similar discipline preferred

• High school graduate required; college preferred

• Prior experience in a professional office setting (minimum of 3 years)

Technology Qualifications:

• Applied Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred but not required

• Erlon or similar surety bonding software experience, preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
