Growth Marketing Manager: Acrisure Cyber Services

Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site, 2 days remote in Boston, MA office

THE JOB

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive awareness, educate the marketplace and increase sales. You will create and implement campaigns that engage our target audiences to drive quality leads that our sales team can convert. You will do this for ACS as a whole in addition to our four sub-brands comprised of leading Managed Service Providers.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Work with internal stakeholders within ACS and four sub-brands to establish spend budgets, to develop marketing KPIs/metrics/dashboards, and to monitor and report ROI. Identify and maximize third party joint marketing funds (JMF) and other resources available based upon our existing partner relationships (Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Ingram Micro, Kaseya, R7, others)

  • Inbound Lead Generation: The key responsibility of this role is driving qualified inbound leads for our sales team. Primary focus areas of inbound lead generation are outlined below but are not limited to these areas

  • Email Marketing: This role will lead strategy and manage the execution of an efficient email marketing campaign to connect prospective customers to our value and thought leadership. This will include tactics like promotional and newsletter emails

  • Social Media: Build a strategy and implement an activation plan to build and grow Acrisure Cyber Services social media presence and engagement

  • Thought Leadership and Case Studies: Thought leadership has proven to be a key growth driver for many B2B companies in our industry. The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the content strategy and execution of this tactic in addition to client case studies

  • Paid Media: Develop, monitor, and improve live campaigns and analyze and identify areas of opportunity in paid tactics for awareness and conversion. Google Search, LinkedIn, and outlets like MSP Radio, and Channel E2E, among others, require thoughtful strategic attention and management in collaboration with internal and external resources to drive leads and revenue. Additionally, retargeting and other lead nurturing tactics within paid channels are owned by this role.

  • Website: Work with internal and external resources to manage on-page and technical SEO requirements. Additionally, A/B testing of landing pages, content, and conversion action fall into this area of responsibility

  • Live and Virtual Event Marketing: Lead ACS’s live and virtual event marketing strategy in conjunction with Acrisure’s corporate events and communications teams

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 3+ years experience in lead generation and marketing for B2B SaaS, preferably with MSP/IT industry experience

  • Specific focus or specialization in inbound marketing, demand, and lead generation strategies and tactics and ability to generate leads

  • Experience in building and leading teams of external marketing, design and writing contractors

  • Strong interpersonal skills for connecting and building relationships across the organization and within an industry

  • Intermediate working knowledge of standard marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words and WordPress.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM, as well as a good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring and attribution

  • Proficiency in paid search and social campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and look alike campaigns

  • Organized, adaptable, able to prioritize, strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management and work at a fast pace

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
