Position Overview:
As an Escrow Officer with our company, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire escrow process, from inception to completion. You must exhibit expert knowledge of all escrow processes, meticulously prepare all required documentation throughout the closing process, and adhere to client specifications and industry standards. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential qualities for success in this role. Moreover, you should consistently prioritize client satisfaction and effectively collaborate with diverse team members throughout the closing process.
Experience/Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Texas Title Insurance
Established book of business in the El Paso Texas market
Profound knowledge of Texas Title Insurance regulations and procedures
In-depth understanding of state-specific title commitments, title endorsements, and surveys
Strong familiarity with escrow software and technology
Proven track record of successfully handling complex and high-value transactions
Exceptional knowledge of real estate documents, deeds, and lien documents
Previous experience managing escrow teams and training junior staff is a plus but not required
Active Texas Title Insurance Agent's License or the ability to obtain one promptly
Membership in relevant industry associations (e.g., Texas Land Title Association)
