The primary duties of the Account Associate are to work with the commercial insurance team to deliver custom insurance solutions and services to our valued clients. Maintain account records, handle requests for information, refer complex matters to team members and help meet team objectives to provide superior client support services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers to complete administrative tasks
Initiate renewal activities
Create/update coverage specifications in agency management system database
Process policy changes
Review Quotes and prepare client proposals
Maintain accurate customer files and diary system
Utilize carrier websites to quote, process changes and access policy documents
Check policies and endorsements for accuracy & deliver to insured
Prepare certificates
Issue ID cards
Transact agency and direct bill invoicing

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma required
College degree, (2 or 4 year) preferred
One year Insurance or office experience, preferred but not required
Technology Skills:
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook, required
Other Qualifications:
High attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to interact with diverse personalities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) would be a bonus

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $40,000 - $55,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
