As our business continues to grow, we are hiring an experienced Personal Lines CSR to join our close-knit, dynamic team.

Personal Lines CSR Responsibilities:
Reviewing and renewing lines of coverage
Cross selling lines of coverage
Assisting clients with billing, claims and coverage questions
Utilize comparative rater to provide quote options to Insured
Checking policies for accuracy, updating and documenting management system as needed
Processing endorsements and cancellations
Working renewal reports
Assists agents as needed

Requirements:
Current Michigan P & C insurance license required; L&H preferred
EPIC, or similar agency management software experience, preferred
Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
Some college, preferred
2+ years of personal lines insurance experience, required
Other Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
Self-motivated and driven
Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
