Paid Media Manager – Acrisure Awareness and Growth Marketing Team

Hybrid Position (2 days per week average in our Boston, MA office located in Back Bay)

The Role:

As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple channels to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of various paid media platforms and industry trends. You will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success through effective paid media campaigns.

Here are some of the ways you'll achieve impact:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels,
    including but not limited to display, social media, video, and programmatic advertising.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring proper audience targeting, bid
    management, and creative execution.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to identify target segments and develop
    personalized messaging and creative assets that resonate with each audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, creative, and analytics,
    to align paid media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, derive actionable insights, and implement
    optimization tactics to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging channels, and new advertising
    technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies
    to differentiate our brand and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key
    performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates and
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and media partners to optimize campaign
    execution and ensure strategic alignment.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy, preferably in a fast-paced and
    high-growth environment.
  • 4+ years proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple
    channels, including Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, and other relevant
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and
    implement optimization strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and
    creative assets that align with each paid media channel.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics,
    Tableau) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies to drive
    relevant traffic and maximize conversions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page
    optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging channels, and new advertising
    technologies in the paid media space.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional
    teams, vendors, and media partners to align strategies and drive results.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with

Academics: Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Location: Must be willing and able to work in the Boston, MA office an average of 2 days a week or as business needs permit.
