Job Summary
This is an opportunity in Acrisure’s growing FP&A organization. Responsibilities include directly supporting the preparation of annual budgets/plans, quarterly reforecasts, and overall expense management, including analysis on key drivers for financial performance in addition to supporting field operations teams. This position works in partnership with the regional leadership team for Acrisure’s North America insurance business.
Scope and Responsibilities
Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of performance within Acrisure’s North America insurance business.
This FP&A position will collaborate with numerous cross functional teams but will focus on supporting the regional operations team and Acrisure Partner network.
Effectively communicate the trends and patterns of expenses with and to various levels of management within Acrisure
Support implementation of key corporate initiatives including, integrated platform, tech adoption, control environment, adaptive planning, workday, increased profitability
Manage the budgeting/planning, re-forecasting, and outlook processes and define operational narrative with regional and corporate stakeholders
Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate actual results as compared to budget and re-forecast(s)
Build relationships and partner with regional leadership and Acrisure Partners to create or enhance process guidelines and support operational execution to meet financial targets.
Lead and mentor team of regional FP&A managers and analysts, driving organizational strategy/priorities and career/professional development
Serve as voice of finance team in leadership discussions to ensure prudent financial decision making

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant finance/accounting experience required
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) preferred
Prior experience within the insurance brokerage or carrier industry strongly preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrated strong proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams
