Job Summary:
The primary role of the HR Data Quality Analyst is to help Acrisure develop procedures to enhance and maintain the accuracy and integrity of our organization's HR data. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of HR Reporting & Analytics and is a key collaborator to developing and executing the reporting and analytics roadmap and delivering objective insights that drive continuous improvement. The core theme of his/her responsibilities are to collect, compile, and analyze HR data and whose data analysis expertise results in reliable information for stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with an inquisitive mindset, loves working in the details and implementing improvements, especially in a fast-paced, complex environment and industry.
The role partners with HR and Cross Functional Team(s) to execute analytic plans in the following areas:
Performance measures (Organizational, Functional, People)
Efficiency and productivity measures (Organizational, Functional, People)
Organizational health and culture measures
Ad-hoc and special projects
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the development and documentation of HR data definitions and Acrisure’s application of these definitions.
Documenting processes and maintaining data records.
Collect, compile, validate, and audit HR data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS).
Report data analysis findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
Lead and support projects to update necessary alignments or corrections of HR data elements across the organization.
Create accurate, repeatable, and scalable reports to support HR data quality audits to ensure reliable data and reporting.
Investigate questions regarding data and provide accurate and timely responses.
Partner with cross-functional partners to support business processes, system solutions and strategic projects
Requirements:

Experienced working in complex, fast-paced organizations
Knowledgeable about HR processes, policies, and compliances governing people data
Excellent knowledge and experience with Workday modules and related data element
Advanced knowledge with Workday reporting gives candidates a competitive edge
Able to productively manage multiple projects at any given time
Takes ownership of assignments
Builds positive, productive, and trusting partnerships and enjoys collaboration across functions and teams
Can effectively communicate with multiple management levels
Able to grow with the company and engage in new projects and assignments
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related subject preferred
3-5 years of experience in data analysis with foundational understanding of people data.
2 years of Experience with HR systems, Workday HCM, Workday Report Writing, ADP
Knowledge of best practices in data analysis
Advanced skills in MS Excel, S-Ql, BI
