Job Summary:

As our Benefits Technology Analyst on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll work directly with our clients, platform client administrators and account service teams to provide seamless implementation and continued support of various benefit enrollment platforms as well as facilitate file feeds between benefit administration systems, carriers, payroll vendors and/or other HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test solutions across different product platforms

  • Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system integration issues to resolution.

  • Partner with customers to assess the scope of the request and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete.

  • Work with service team to identify and resolve all issues that could impact their clients daily HRIS/Benefit portal needs.

  • Ensure customer business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented, and tested for all assigned projects and/or tickets for resolution.

  • Consult with customers on a variety of data integrity issues.

  • Assist with census data uploads, reconciliation reports, ACA and EDI reporting.

  • Ability to contribute to and support a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Self-motivated and driven.

  • Support our internal colleagues to diagnose, analyze, and resolve their technology issues and requests.

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.

  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Must be positive and approachable, and work effectively with diverse personalities.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Maintain a valid, Life and Health License or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment and meet the continuing education requirements.

  • Flexible schedule and able to work long hours during 4th qtr.

  • Working Knowledge of either: ADP / Paylocity / Ease / Employee Navigator/Selerix or any other Ben Admin/Payroll systems, preferred but not required.

  • Advanced level of Excel knowledge preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of Jscript preferred but not required.
