Job Summary
Exciting opportunity to join our Treasury team as the Corporate Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Treasury Operations, this role will be responsible for the planning and execution of daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, supporting our Home Office functions and maximizing opportunities to create efficiencies and cost savings while adhering to all policies and procedures. The individual must have a strong Treasury background working within medium to large scale treasury teams. The Corporate Treasury Manager will work closely with the broader Finance, Technology, Corporate Accounting, and Business Services department leaders and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Corporate Treasury activities of staff; ensure tasks are completed timely and in accordance with standard operating procedures
Partner with broader Treasury team and other internal stakeholders to develop, prepare and report out cash position including; daily cash position, short-term liquidity rolling forecasts
Actively monitor and execute Corporate Liquidity position and make investment decisions (redemptions, purchases) in accordance with Acrisure’s Investment Policy
Work closely with Home Office teams on Treasury payment support for all Corporate related disbursements
Coordinate M&A Closings for funding and individual payment releases
Administer Corporate Card program for Home Office employees
Oversee the preparation and publication of monthly reports of Treasury KPIs to leadership teams
Identify opportunities to implement treasury-related business process improvements
Support and lead projects specific to Treasury which may include any RFP or selection of a new provider, implementing new processes for additional banking products and services, or any new initiative
Develop and support treasury policies, procedures, and controls
Requirements:
Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities while producing meaningful deliverables
Execute projects under tight timelines
Ability to communicate articulately and professionally, and influence others for a desired outcome
Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners
Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily responsibilities and projects
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Ability to make thoughtful, quick decisions
Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree required, with a Finance or Accounting emphasis strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of accounting and/or treasury experience required
Experience working within a large Corporate Treasury organization, strongly preferred
CTP or CPA Certifications, preferred
One or more years of experience supervising a team required; directly or indirectly
