Job Summary:
Responsible for the sale and service of New and Renewal Accounts. Provide the finest professional insurance service to our clients by consistently upholding Agency Standards. Evaluate and direct all aspects of accounts, including renewals, policy administration, reviews, claims administration and loss control. Account Executive must be a team player.
Responsibilities:
New Business Responsibilities:
Develop personal relationships with key clients and centers of influence in order to develop a flow of referral business
Handle all aspects of new business from the initial contact to our first policy delivery
Provide direction for market selection, plan account strategy i.e., rates, deductibles, limits, etc.
Control and prepare formal new business presentations
Cross sell each new client in each of our specialties; Commercial, Personal and Benefits Insurance
Renewal Process Responsibilities:

Provide direction of marketing functions for:
Market selection
Specification standards
Account strategy i.e., rates, deductibles, limits, etc.
Update client on coverage issues
Tasks:
Review coverage(s) with client on a regular basis
Oversee and participate in preparation of underwriting submission to market and proposal to client
Decide on and coordinate the game plans and service plans on designated accounts
Answer questions of underwriters or obtain information
Final proposal review with client
If client adjustments are required, go to Underwriting to get revised quotes

Requirements:
Property & Casualty License
Education/Experience:
5+ years personal insurance knowledge with a minimum of eight year’s industry experience and/or demonstrated ability to successfully handle larger and more complex accounts
Knowledge of personal insurance coverage in order to respond to client inquiries.
Excellent business writing skills
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Property & Casualty License
Computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job i.e., spreadsheets, database, word processing and insurance software

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
