Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will work with Producers, CSR’s, and Leadership to master the customer lifecycle to maintain and grow an assigned book of business. The right candidate must display an ability to manage and prioritize workload to accommodate the demands of the position and exceed expectations. You must possess excellent written and verbal skills to uphold the company’s professional image. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, professional, and thrives in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Personal Lines Account Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and renewing lines of coverage

  • Cross selling lines of coverage

  • Assisting clients with billing, claims and coverage questions.

  • Checking policies for accuracy, updating and documenting management system as needed

  • Processing endorsements and cancellations

  • Working renewal reports

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

  • Be able to take a lead from quotation to sale.

  • Assists agents as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned appropriate for the position.

  • Current Illinois, P & C Insurance license required.

  • AMS360 or similar agency management software experience, preferred.

  • Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Education / Experience:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent.

  • Some college preferred

  • 2 + years of personal lines experience, required.
