Job Summary

This is a new opportunity in Acrisure’s growing FP&A department, with a focus on Acrisure Real Estate Services. Responsibilities include directly supporting the preparation of annual budgets/plans, quarterly reforecasts, and overall expense management, including analysis on key drivers for financial performance.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of expenses within Acrisure Real Estate Services. This FP&A position will collaborate with numerous leaders and Acrisure Partners within Acrisure Real Estate Services

  • Effectively communicate the trends and patterns of expenses to various levels of management within Acrisure

  • Support the budgeting/planning, re-forecasting, and outlook processes with Acrisure Partners within Acrisure Real Estate Services

  • Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate actual results as compared to budget and re-forecast(s)

  • Build relationships and collaborate with Acrisure Partners to create or enhance process guidelines

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) preferred

  • Prior experience with title agency operations and/or mortgage origination required

  • Years of prior experience may influence level of analyst role

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of real estate transaction processes including mortgage origination and/or title insurance transactions

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Demonstrated strong proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI

  • Technical agility and knowledge of financial reporting systems preferred, e.g. Workday ERP & Adaptive Planning

    • Ability to work between multiple best-in-class cloud-based solutions
