Job Summary:
The Regional Growth Leader position will report directly to the Head of North American Revenue.
The primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed the top-line growth targets for the Southwest, West, and Northwest Regions.
Total Client Sales and Growth
The RGL will partner with Regional Managing Partners and their leadership teams as well as Agency Partners to design and execute Total Client Sales and Growth Strategies.
This includes:
Regional and Agency Sales Plans
Total Client Sales (new clients, products per client, new policies per client)
Client Retention & Revenue Retention Strategies
Sales Acceleration (Accelerator Program, Total Client Selling)
Access and Distribute all Acrisure Products
Client Solutions & Strategic Placement
The RGL will partner with Regional Managing Partners and their leadership teams as well as Agency Partners to drive Client Solutions and Placement Strategies through the Regions and Agency Partners.
This includes:
Alignment to Strategic Partner Carriers & Acrisure-owned Wholesalers
Driving the Small Commercial Panel
Adoption and Selling of Suvaun, Employee Choice, Maverick Health
Partnering with our Acrisure Circle of Excellence (ACE) Carriers & Wholesalers
Contingent & Supplemental Programs
Market Access across Products
Marketing/Training Support from Carriers
Commercial P&C Complex Client Solutions
Employee Benefits & Personal Lines Complex Client Solutions
MGU Product Offerings & Programs
The RGL will be expected to partner in the Regions on:
A comprehensive revenue generation strategy, aligned with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities.
New business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive product and service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including innovation, marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
Utilize effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and maximize sales productivity.
Drive product per client growth
Clear performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales goals for the team.
Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue metrics, and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to optimize client and revenue growth strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends that impact revenue growth.
Translate market insights into actionable strategies and tactics to gain a competitive edge.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing or finance required.
Experience insurance or financial services business
Proven track record of driving sales growth in the industry with a focus on utilizing technology and tech platforms
Experience with market expansion, leveraging technology to enter new markets or enhance sales efforts in existing markets
Working knowledge of CA insurance market is critical
Travel
Must be able to travel to all offices, client offices and events as needed
Technology
Demonstrated administrative computing skills, including Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Applied EPIC or similar agency management software experience preferred

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $175,000 - $395,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
