Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive who is interested in joining our Commercial Insurance team at one of the top 10 insurance agencies in the world at our local Midland Park, NJ office. As a marketing specialist you are responsible for new business production and the preservation of our customer base using your commercial insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5 years of previous Commercial Insurance AE experience

• A well-rounded background with diverse types of commercial accounts & coverages

• Familiarity with multiple insurance company’s websites

• Persuasive communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Demonstrated excellent people skills,

• AMS360 experience a plus

• A valid NJ P&C License

Responsibilities

• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
