Job Summary:
Provide support to Commercial Lines Account Managers on assigned accounts and out tactical day to day services. Support unit in writing new business and retaining renewals. We are looking for a candidate with Attitude and Aptitude! Candidate needs to be willing to roll up sleeves and learn, there’s definitely a career path in this unit.
Responsibilities:

Perform daily service on assigned task by Account Manager or Producer with the agency’s written procedures including, but not limited to:
Account transactions including ID cards, proposal endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, follow-up, and correspondence.
Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs on a timely basis.
Maintain current client/prospect information for clients in Agency Management System
Review new/renewal policies and endorsements in Agency Management System to insure items were received as ordered.
Keeping Producers and Account Managers informed of all important activities on their accounts including being sensitive to potential problems and informing management
Keep current with industry trends including participation in educational seminars and classes for improvement of insurance/sales skills and license compliance
Engage with continued learning of the niche industry
Maintain knowledge of policy provisions and communicate internally with carrier changes received during your client servicing
Complete other functions and assignments as assigned including back-up duties.

Requirements:
Willingness to learn the industry and get licensed
Proficient Usage of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education/Experience:
AMS360/Epic experience a plus
