Job Title: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Location: Commerce Township, MI

We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity as an Entry Level Personal Lines Customer Service Associate with one of our agency partners. This position will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support to clients and coworkers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Entry in the agency management system

• Receive, review and document correspondence (phone, email, mail, fax, etc.) in agency management system, according to agency guidelines

• Review renewal lists on a daily basis and take appropriate action

• Scanning, processing, and attaching documents in agency management system

• Answer phones, and direct calls to appropriate contact.

• Service existing clients with their insurance policies.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required

• P&C insurance license, preferred, but can be obtained at later date

• Minimum of one year work experience in a professional office setting, required

Technology Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
