Job Summary:

Career Opportunity in the Insurance Industry: Customer Service Agent is needed for a local independent insurance agency located in Erie. Skills required include high level of verbal and written communication, excellent people skills, ability to work in a team environment, detail-orientation with advanced computer competencies.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls

• Give information and help to solve customer problems

• Answer detailed claims questions

• Fax, scan, email documents

• Assist managers and supervisors with workflow queues and administrative tasks

• Daily office tasks such as Outlook Inbox management, etc.

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Requirements:

• Insurance Producer License preferred

• Applied/AMS computer experience preferred

Education/Experience:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
