Our diversified staff focuses on Commercial and Personal Lines extensively in Tampa Bay, Pasco County, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Polk County, and surrounding areas in Florida. John L. Adcock founded Adcock-Adcock Insurance Agency in 1973, with the goal of building a property and casualty insurance agency based upon integrity and service, which would exceed our customer's expectations.
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will work with Producers, CSRs, and Leadership to master the customer lifecycle to maintain and grow an assigned book of business. The right candidate must display an ability to manage and prioritize workload to accommodate the demands of the position and exceed expectations.
Discuss policy coverage questions, explain applicable coverage options, and provide product and service information for all lines of business (e.g., dwelling, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Review, compare and research policy renewals, cancellations and underwriting memos to ensure satisfactory completion
Process customer payments by telephone and service other insured billing questions
Complete endorsement and change forms for submission
Quoting personal lines of business in comparative raters

Must be licensed with one of the following certifications: 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20
Must be able to follow procedures in a structured environment
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
Ability to work with clients in an effective and positive manner by phone or in person
Ability to perform well in a paperless environment
Experience in an agency environment
High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience
