Keevily Spero Whitelaw, an Acrisure Agency Partner is seeking candidates for the following role which can be remote or hybrid, based in Harrison, NY:
Commercial Lines Technical Assistant
Job Summary:
Issuing certificates of insurance and supporting Commercial Lines Account Executives with the day to day servicing of accounts.
Responsibilities:
Issuing certificates of insurance after reviewing requirements and the policies for key endorsements to be reflected in the description of operations
Upon review, alerting the account manager if requirements need further review due to insufficient limits or endorsements within the policy
Alerting insured to notices of cancellation and following up for payments/reinstatements
Assisting account managers and/or insured with billing questions
Assisting account managers with processing of endorsements, audits, and policies
Requesting simple endorsements that do not require an account manager’s review (i.e. Loss payee, additional insured, address changes, etc.) and following up for these endorsements if not received in 30 days
Following up for endorsements requested by the account manager
Mailing out endorsements and policies, including creation of binders
Ordering loss runs and following up for loss runs upon the request of the account manager
Work on special projects

AMS360, Image Right, Word, Excel, Outlook
Education/Experience:
High school Diploma
1 plus years prior experience in insurance
Pay Details:
