Educators Consulting Services, an Acrisure Agency Partner, focuses predominantly on helping school districts find the most economical employee benefits program suitable for their district’s unique needs. To accommodate our growth, we are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Small Groups department in Westerville, OH
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients on day-to-day activity in professional manner to assess their needs
Educate clients and agents on the FormFire process
Request proposals
Analyze quotes
Assist client in the decision making process
Submit enrollment to carrier

Work with agent
Educate on group market options
Assist in sales
facilitate agent commission splits if applicable
Post enrollment follow-up with clients
Respond to employee questions
Visit with clients
Manage renewal process

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
Prior office experience, preferred
Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
