Job Summary:

We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on/completion bonus after 6 months as we look to add our team with a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Leverity Insurance Group, an Acrisure Agency Partner. This position will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support service to Agency Producers in servicing Commercial Property & Casualty accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for clients and underwriters on daily basis responding to questions and concerns

• Provide support to Producers in maintaining their book of business

• Track expiration dates

• Request and obtain renewal information

• Market new and renewal business

• Complete applications

• Review policy and verify accuracy

• Manage change requests and endorsement process

• Analyze and reserve carriers

• Prepare proposals & presentations

• Develop strong working relationships with Underwriters

• In-depth understanding of Commercial Insurance

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license, required

• Applied Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred

• Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, required

• Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Insurance is preferred, but not required
