We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Account Manager, Commercial Lines to add to our team at Goodhart National Gorman Agency, an Acrisure Agency Partner. This position will be responsible for handling small to medium Commercial Lines accounts. We have four major departments of insurance: Real Estate, Commercial Business, Personal Insurance and Life and Benefits. Our family feel office is looking for an exceptional individual who enjoys fast paced work in a casual environment. We are conveniently located in lower Westchester County, NY next to public transportation, great restaurants and the Ridge Hill shopping center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist producers by marketing new business and renewal submissions
Work with insurance carriers in securing quotes and verifying required specifications
Review and process various documents including policies, endorsements and invoices
Document all activities in agency management system (Epic)
Prepare clear and concise proposals to effectively communicate marketing results with clients
Ensure timely completion of expiration list items
Review accounts to determine if additional insurance coverage is needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and handle their requests with care and professionalism
Develop strong knowledge of industry and markets

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
NY Property + Casualty License, required
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar, required
Direct Bill knowledge, preferred
Technology Skills:
Epic or similar agency management software experience, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Other Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of coverage
Able to problem solve and exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
