Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will work with Producers, CSR’s, and Leadership to master the customer lifecycle to maintain and grow an assigned book of business. The right candidate must display an ability to manage and prioritize workload to accommodate the demands of the position and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Schedules appointments with clients to ascertain their needs. Analyze present coverage and make recommendations accordingly
Calculates and quotes with different companies to find the best company and fit for the client
Provides policy services as required, payments, endorsements, cross-sell etc.
Review audits of policies; verifies accuracy & process updates to policy when necessary
Proper annotated documentation of all clients and/or internal communication
Display ability to build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
Follow up with Client’s compliance for Loss Control recommendations
Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff and follows up on claims status, according to agency procedures
Approaches clients through a combination of methods including mail, phone solicitations, presentation to groups at gatherings and social media

Requirements:
P&C insurance license (Preferred)
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience
Minimum 2+ years relevant Personal Lines experience
Applied EPIC or similar agency management software experience, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook)
