Primary job responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through various methods of contact; telephone & email
  • Educate customers on products and opportunities for health/dental insurance coverage options
  • Establish metrics based on job responsibilities and strive to exceed outlined goals
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records

Required skills and experiences:

  • Energetic and ambitious with strong organizational skills
  • Related experience with inside sales
  • Licensing in Health, Dental and Life a plus
  • Proficiency is computer Microsoft software & Google Docs
  • Articulate with professionalism
  • Qualified candidate would possesses exemplary communication skills


This is a salaried base position with competitive wage, commission and Company paid benefits.

Hours of operation:

Hours of operation are 7: 00 am to 7:00 pm. qualified candidate would be required to work into a rotation to cover these core operating hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
